The bait-and-switch tactic will not only make human readers angry but it will get you negative points with search engines like Google. Keywords and phrases- You will hear about keywords and keyword phrases over and over again but they only work when you know how to use them correctly. Every word in your headline needs to have a purpose and keywords must be relevant.
Write like a searcher- What would you type in if you were searching for an article on your topic? If you want to craft headlines for the search engines, just think about what the person searching will be looking for. What words and phrases will they use to find content like yours?
